JustPAY is easy to use. Use JustPAY to send, receive and pay money to and from anyone within our coverage area for less. Our charges are the lowest in the industry and there is no minimum amount you can send. To top up your JustPAY wallet, “Cash In” by adding money with JustPAY vouchers, PayPal or your mobile money accounts.

Purchase any amount of the JustPAY vouchers available in your currency and load into your account for usage or via any of the third party payments services available on our platform including mobile money services from the various telcos. Once loaded, JustPAY will credit the money from either the JustPAY voucher or your Mobile Money account to your JustPAY wallet.

After which you can send it or pay anyone at the lowest charge. You can also "cash out" money from your JustPAY wallet using any of our registered agents or merchants and even to your mobile money account, bank or credit cards. To do this, simply click on Withdraw funds, select currency, select withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to “Cash out”. Add your withdrawal method details and tap the Cash Out button in your dashboard. The money will be sent directly to your bank, credit card, or mobile money account.

JustPAY charges only 1% + 0.50 to use. We do not charge any fees at all to send money to someone – Even when you send money to someone in another country, its the recipient who pay the charges.
JustPAY is currently available in Ghana, the UEMOA countries; Togo, Benin, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, Cote d'lvoire, Niger and Guinea-Bissau, Gambia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda.

This means you can send money to any one in these countries, instantly for less. it is our core mandate to make Africa a cashless society by 2030, for that to happen we'd accept requests from individuals and businesses as partnership to add a specific country to our list of coverage networks. If you want us to add a specific country, please email our team at care@justpaydirect.com and let us know which country and why.

Users are requested to confirm or delete a translation before finally executing the process and debiting the account. After confirmation, we process the transaction immediately and debit the funds from your account and make them available to the recipient but upon careful consideration, a refund can be made.

Yes you can! You can use JustPAY to send money to anyone. Sending money to someone who isn't yet on JustPAY is not the same process as sending money to someone who have a JustPAY wallet. When sending money to someone who isn’t on JustPAY, click on the Vouchers tab. Select currency, enter amount you'd like to send and tab on the Create voucher button to generate the voucher code. Copy and send the generated copy to the recipient via any communication channel of choice. Vouchers can be redeemed as cash out or form of payment with any of our registered agents or merchants within coverage area.
Send support message via your dashboard or email to cater justpaydirect.com to initiative a dispute *refund process. Also, you can send a request to the recipient for the same amount with a note asking them to pay you back for the money you sent by mistake.

*Money withdrawn can't be refunded back by JustPAY.

Yes but only with third party payments accepted by JustPAY. You can also cash out money from your JustPAY wallet to a third party system only supported by JustPAY.
Your JustPAY Balance is made up of any payments that you’ve received and have not cashed out yet or sent to anyone else. You can see your balance on all your currency wallets on every tab within your dashboard. You can't make payment if your balance is Insufficient. You will need to add more money in order to make your payment, or receive a payment from someone else.
If you receive a payment from someone that you don't know, you can simply send the payment back to the other user with a note explaining that they paid the wrong person.

JustPAY currently doesn't offer automatic recurring payments or charge requests.
Yes. JustPAY enables you to Cash In from all deposit methods including third party systems and then Cash Out to any of the third party systems.
Yes. JustPAY allows you to easily integrate our API into your shopping cart or application to accept payments from JustPAY users continentally. JustPAY Business suite of services allows you to use JustPAY to pay for goods or services using your JustPAY wallet at merchants that accept JustPAY as a payment method or through mobile websites or apps that are approved to offer JustPAY as a payment option. If available, the option to pay using JustPAY appears as a JustPAY-branded payment page at checkout.
When you sign up for JustPAY, there are no limits to how much money you can send per transaction. However, there are limits to how much money you can “Cash In” or “Cash Out”. These limits vary by country.
